MEALS REGULATIONS:

  • By choosing the half-board, you can decide whether to dine for lunch or dinner (by communicating your choice one day prior the compilation of the menu); on your day of arrival, we will reserve a table for dinner (unless different communications from you).
  • By choosing the full board, your stay begins with a lunch and ends with a breakfast; or begins with a dinner and ends with the lunch on your departure day (in this case you are still required to vacate your room by10.30am). For the setting of the table at the restaurant, your time of arrival on day check-in day is required; if we don’t receive this information, we will prepare your arrival meal for dinner.
  • The meals skipped during the stay can be recovered only by the hotel guests.

ADVANCE PAYMENTS, PENALTIES AND CANCELLATIONS:

  • A 30% deposit is required if you pay by cash, money order or bank transfer; if you pay by credit card, a pre-authorization for a 3 nights charge will be performed. In case of cancellation, if notified with 30 days of advance (excluding the days of arrival and of the cancellation), the full amount will be refunded (after expenses) if paid by money order or cash; otherwise, the credit amount will be retained for a possible future stay if the deposit was paid with a bank transfer. If the cancellation does not fall within the 30 days term, 3 nights will be charged.
  • In case of early departure, a maximum of 3 nights booked and not used will be charged (the deals that request minimum stay won’t be applicable and the rates will be the ones on the price list).
